STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
- FOOTBALL LEAGUES -To develop all PFLS football leagues into operations that will be able to sustain themselves, financially
- CLUB MANAGEMENT - To create an environment that will enable the elevation of all football teams in the premier league into business units that will be run professionally
- FINANCE - To generate sponsorship that will enable the PFLS to fully finance all its office operations, subsidies for clubs and achieve a 20% position above the break-even point
- MARKETING - To develop the PFLS into a brand that will be easy to identify and not be mistaken for other similar organizations
- CAPACITY BUILDING- To train and develop all administrators of clubs and members of the Board of Governors on the fundamental skills of football administration to a level that will enable them to run their operations professionally
- COORDNIATION - To establish governance and management structures that will enable the Board of Governors to guide that development of the PFLS to achieve all its strategic objective
